Import From API

1. Import From API
Use this button to import service reminders automatically via an API. See this section for details about this feature.

New Service Entry

2. New Service Entry
Use this button to create a service entry from the service reminder selected in the list. When you are done creating the service entry, the next due values for the selected service reminder will be updated automatically.

New WO from Reminders

3. New WO from Reminders
Use this button to create a work order from one or more service reminders. First select the service reminders you want to add to the work order then press this button to start creating the work order.

Complete Service Entry

4. Complete Service Entry
This button can be clicked only when an uncompleted service entry is already associated with this reminder. In this case, you can use this button to display the service entry's form and complete it. When you have completed the service entry, the next due values of the selected service reminder will be updated automatically.

Skip Reminders

5. Skip Reminders
Use this button to skip the selected service reminder(s) once. The next reminder(s) will be ignored and the next due values will be automatically updated.

Hide 'Not Due'

6. Hide 'Not Due'
Use this button to hide/show 'Not Due' service reminders from the list.

Hide 'Due Soon'

Use this button to hide/show 'Due Soon' reminders from the list.

Calendar View

8. Calendar View
Use this button to display a calendar of service reminders for better visibility of upcoming services.

Start Watching

9. Start Watching
If you logged in to Vehicle Fleet Manager 5.0 with a user, you can use this button to start watching the selected service reminder(s). Used in combination with the Notification Settings, you will be able to choose to receive certain alerts or notifications regarding the servoce reminders you are watching.

Stop Watching

10. Stop Watching
Use this button to stop watching selected service reminders.

Notify by Text Message

11. Notify by Text Message
This button allows you to send the selected service reminders by text message to one or more recipients. After clicking this button, you will be asked to select the recipient(s). Please note that only users/contacts with a valid and confirmed phone number will appear in the list.
 
One texting credit will be deducted from your account for earch text message sent.

Notify by Email

12. Notify by Email
This button allows you to send the selected service reminders by email to one or more recipients. After clicking this button, you will be asked to select the recipient(s). Please note that only users/contacts with a valid and confirmed email address will appear in the list.
 
One emailing credit will be deducted from your account for each email sent.

Service History

2. Service History
This list contains the history of service entries performed corresponding to the service task and vehicle of the selected service reminder. Depending on the status of the selected service entry in this list (whether it is completed or not), you will be able to add items via the "Add Part Entry", "Add Labor Entry" and "Add Misc. Entry" buttons located at the left of the toolbar.

Columns description for the list of service reminders

  • Vehicle: The vehicle associated with the service reminder.
  • Group: The group to which the vehicle associated with the service reminder belongs.
  • Service Task: The service task associated with the service reminder.
  • Schedule: The service interval set for the service reminder.
  • Last Performed: The date and meter when this service task was last performed.
  • Next Due At: The date and/or meter when this service task will be required next.
  • Due Soon At: The date and/or meter when this service task will be considered as "Due Soon".
  • Current Meter(s): The current meter value of the vehicle associated with the service reminder.
  • Status: The current status of the service reminder. The three possible states are Overdue, Due Soon, and Not Due.
