Before creating service entries and service programs, it is recommended that you review the different statuses available for service entries and create new ones if necessary.
There are three pre-existing statuses in Vehicle Fleet Manager 5.0:
New: Indicates that this is a new service entry and that work has not started.
In Progress: Indicates that work has started for this service entry but has not yet been completed.
Completed: Indicates that work has been completed for this service entry.
To access the service statuses management window, in the "Maintenance" section of the "General" tab, click on "Setup" then on the "Service Entry Statuses" menu:
The list of service statuses will appear. You can add, modify or delete service statuses:
